About the Artist:

Denny was a lifelong collector of interesting and unusual finds, always gravitating toward vibrant color, fabulous workmanship, and design.  In 2001, she moved from a rural town in New York State to the suburbs of Chicago and found the opportunity to study glass fusing and metal smithing. 

When she retired from a career in Speech-Language Pathology, Denny found abundant opportunities to continue learning, as well as, teaching others in the art of jewelry making.  She enjoys working with various metals, such as Silver, Copper, Brass, and Niobium.  She finds inspiration all around her, but mostly in nature.
